Price Policy

Green Elephant Tours is committed to offering transparent and competitive pricing for all our travel packages. Our prices are based on real-time availability, seasonal demand, and supplier rates, ensuring you receive fair and accurate quotations. All costs, including accommodation, transportation, guided tours, and entrance fees, are clearly itemized in your travel voucher with no hidden charges.

We guarantee that once your booking is confirmed and paid in full, the price will not increase except in cases of government-imposed taxes, flight levies, or unforeseen currency fluctuations in destination countries, which are beyond our control. Such surcharges will be communicated promptly with supporting documentation. To secure the best rates, we recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons. Price adjustments due to promotional offers or discounts will only apply to new bookings and cannot be retroactively claimed for existing reservations.

For customized itineraries, prices are subject to change until a deposit is received, as they depend on specific requests and availability. Our team ensures price consistency by regularly auditing our suppliers and avoiding overpriced services. Payment Policy

To confirm your booking with Green Elephant Tours, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is required upon issuance of the travel voucher. The remaining balance must be settled no later than six weeks before departure, unless otherwise specified for last-minute bookings or special arrangements. Payments can be made via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex), bank transfer, or secure online payment links.

  • Instant Bookings: Require immediate full payment via credit/debit card.

  • Supplier Policies: Some accommodations or activities may enforce stricter payment deadlines, which will be clearly stated on your voucher.

  • Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.

We accept multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, LKR) but process transactions in USD by default to avoid exchange rate discrepancies. For bank transfers, ensure the beneficiary details are correct and include your booking reference. Transaction fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation invoice and updated travel documents.

Refunds & Disputes:

  • Refunds for cancellations (see Cancellation Policy) are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will be contested with evidence of services rendered.
